A child learning body boundaries, a young woman thinking about education, and an older woman navigating care do not need the same starting page. Life-stage navigation connects readers to relevant concerns without reducing women's lives to a single experience or only to violence.
People supporting someone
Friends, relatives and colleagues can use the support resources to think about listening, privacy and practical assistance. Begin with what the person wants from you. Avoid using a page as proof that you should decide for them or demand a disclosure.
People shaping an environment
Educators can explore the body-safety learning resources. Families and institutions can examine everyday rules and response practices. Use examples as discussion material, and keep personal experiences private rather than asking a group to identify who has experienced harm.
